Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team at Kaplan International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our Country Manager in account management and sales of KI products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell KI products through inbound and outbound calls, following up on enquiries and quotes in both English and Portuguese.
  • Manage the Brazil leads pipeline to maximize conversion rates.
  • Build strong customer rapport through excellent communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Oversee the distribution of leads/enquiries to selected agency accounts and follow up on referred students.
  • Work closely with agency accounts to maintain, strengthen, and develop relationships.
  • Be the first point of contact for agency accounts and provide prompt support.
  • Attend student fairs and other events as required by the Country Manager.
  • Complete all required administration and recording of sales through CRM systems.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and provide flexible support.

Requirements

  • Experience selling in both Portuguese and English in a tele sales role.
  • Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, both oral and written.
  • Ability to negotiate and overcome objections.
  • Competent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
