As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue and close deals.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment and coordination on sales initiatives.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development, with a strong understanding of the IT B2B business and aviation industry.
- Skills: Excellent sales and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
