Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess a strong command of English, both speaking and writing.
- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a Business Development Manager or equivalent role.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in the digital marketing industry.
- Measurable Results: Previous success in sales, supported by measurable results.
- Teamwork Skills: Excellent teamwork skills.

- Flexible Work Schedule: A 5/2 work schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM CST.
