Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and sales efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and introducing new services where applicable.
  • Client Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and track performance metrics to support strategic planning and drive revenue growth.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system for efficient tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess a strong command of English, both speaking and writing.
  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a Business Development Manager or equivalent role.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in the digital marketing industry.
  • Measurable Results: Previous success in sales, supported by measurable results.
  • Teamwork Skills: Excellent teamwork skills.
