**Key Responsibilities:**
Manage the day-to-day business operations, managing a team of up to 150 FTE; reporting into the Sr. Operations Manager.
Manage TaskUs client relationships and be the POC on a day-to-day basis, providing them with updates in regards to performance, and present in business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Work closely with your team leaders and teammates to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.
Ensure that KPIs are being met consistently and solve business problems through innovation (example of KPI's: CSAT, AHT, Resolution rate).

**Requirements:**
B2 English Level or Higher.
Two plus years of managing supervisors in the call center environment; BPO experience is a plus.
One plus year of client management experience (nice to have).
Bachelor degree in business administration or management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
