Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and establish new relationships with potential clients.
- Drive sales efforts and implement sales and marketing plans provided by the sales team.
- Provide exceptional customer satisfaction to existing and potential clients.
- Handle lead generation, lead qualification, research, and meeting setup with potential clients.
- Cold calling to set up demos for the sales director.
- Work sales campaigns with Hubspot CRM and reach out to prospects.
- Create new relationships and find opportunities for companies looking to change their TMS.

Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School Degree.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling.
- Language: Advanced English skills. C1 or C2 preferred.

- Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- Work Location: Remote Colombia.
- Salary: 4.5 Cop.
