As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and establish new relationships with potential clients.
  • Drive sales efforts and implement sales and marketing plans provided by the sales team.
  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction to existing and potential clients.
  • Handle lead generation, lead qualification, research, and meeting setup with potential clients.
  • Cold calling to set up demos for the sales director.
  • Work sales campaigns with Hubspot CRM and reach out to prospects.
  • Create new relationships and find opportunities for companies looking to change their TMS.
Requirements:

  • Meet or exceed weekly sales goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: High School Degree.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling.
  • Language: Advanced English skills. C1 or C2 preferred.

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
  • Work Location: Remote Colombia.
  • Salary: 4.5 Cop.
