About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Puulse Marketing. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving growth for our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Utilize a power dialer to conduct cold calls and engage with potential clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  2. Qualify leads and transfer them to our Inside Sales Representatives for closing, ensuring a seamless handoff and maximizing conversion rates.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and relevant information in our CRM system, providing valuable insights for future sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies, driving continuous improvement and excellence in sales performance.
  5. Participate in ongoing sales training and workshops to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  6. Attend regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and targets, ensuring alignment and coordination across the team.

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not required.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to work 40-50 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Selected candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check.
