About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Puulse Marketing. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving growth for our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach efforts.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify their interest.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies, ensuring a high level of performance and efficiency.
  4. Participate in ongoing sales training and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  5. Attend regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and targets.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not required.

  • Ability to work 40-50 hours per week and meet performance targets.
