Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for negotiating and looking for new potential clients. Some of your key responsibilities include:
  • Make outbound calls to create new relationships with possible prospects.
  • Drive sales efforts and initiatives and implement sales and marketing plans provided by the sales team.
  • Provide excellent customer satisfaction to existing and potential clients.
  • Handle everything related to lead generation, lead qualification, conducting research, and setting up meetings with potential clients.
  • Cold calling to set up demos for the sales director.
  • Work sales campaigns with Hubspot CRM and reach out to prospects.
  • Create new relationships and find possibilities for companies looking to change their TMS.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary, a schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and an indefinite term contract with benefits. We are a remote company based in Colombia.
