Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at GBS Group. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in transforming client interactions into successful business relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of our clients and deliver tailored solutions that empower them to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Present, promote, and sell GBS Group and LLC Hub services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals/quotes sent to prospects.
- Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities within existing clients.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM of customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Utilize client feedback to enhance processes and drive improvements.
- Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and new product opportunities.
- Engage in outbound sales activities, including reaching out to potential clients and promoting services.
- Contribute to strategies for data scraping and cold calling.
- Advanced level of English & Spanish.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative (2+ years).
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated leadership and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
