Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at ARRISE, powering Pragmatic Play. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing senior management level relationships with clients in the iGaming space.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead client relationships and understand their business strategy to support and monetize their needs.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business targets and move customers through the sales cycle.
  3. Be a product expert on current and future Pragmatic offerings, communicating with confidence and passion about our solutions.
  4. Create and manage the sales pipeline, coordinating internal teams to convert leads to customers.
  5. Develop profitable commercials based on business needs and customer requirements.
  6. Report progress to the business on each customer through the sales cycle.
  7. Attend trade shows, events, and conferences as required.
  8. Complete product demonstrations and develop initiatives to win new business.
  9. Grow markets in multiple jurisdictions and advise on products, marketing, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
  1. At least 3-5 years' experience in iGaming and sales experience in the online B2B industry or a commercial B2C role.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Numbers-focused and driven on financial performance.
  4. Able to negotiate with customers to benefit our business.
  5. Large network of C-level contacts in the European gaming or gambling sector.
  6. In-depth knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products and legislation.
  7. Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies regionally or globally.
