Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at AgileEngine, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  2. Sales Process Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  5. Networking and Conferences: Attend industry events to expand your network and represent our company professionally.
  6. Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick-off.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 1-4 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry.
  2. Skills: Great charisma, personable, strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, high energy, excellent communication skills in English.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  4. Travel: Ability to travel to the US.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Zoho, for maintaining client activities.
  2. Business Development: Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the US.
  4. Technical Skills: Experience selling professional services in IT, understanding of technical terminology, platforms, and tools.
