About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Support Specialist to join our team in Bogota. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to our customers across Latin America, ensuring the seamless operation of our solutions.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, and administration of our software, ensuring its correct operation, optimization, and security. You will also provide comprehensive guidance on data security and compliance best practices, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient access to information.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in information security, practical experience in implementing effective security measures, and excellent customer service skills. They will be comfortable working with a wide range of subjects, including databases, Windows and Linux servers, Office 365, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to external customers, ensuring timely, efficient, and professional assistance;
  • Install, configure, and administer our software, ensuring its correct operation, optimization, and security;
  • Document and report errors, bugs, or requests for new features to the head office, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of problems;
  • Provide comprehensive guidance on data security and compliance best practices, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient access to information;
  • Support the management team in specific requirements of the technology area;

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge in information security, including practical experience in implementing effective security measures;
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated through a strong track record of problem resolution and customer satisfaction;
  • Ability to work with a wide range of subjects, including databases, Windows and Linux servers, Office 365, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS);
  • Fluent English language skills, with a level C1 proficiency; French notions a plus;
