**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at High Scale. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to provide comprehensive support to our executive, ensuring a professional, responsive, and efficient experience across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the executive, ensuring a professional, responsive, and efficient experience across the organization.
  • Manage the executive's schedule, ensuring effective time allocation and that key priorities are met.
  • Oversight of the executive's inbox, prioritizing messages and drafting precise responses as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparation of materials and minute-taking.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations as required.
  • Prepare and edit communications, presentations, reports, and other essential documents for the team.
  • Maintain an organized and easily accessible digital file system on Google Drive.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion.
  • Assist with various organizational projects, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed by the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in an Executive Assistant role or similar position with production background preferred.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Software proficiency in Monday.com, Canva, Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and Calendly.
  • Strong communication skills, articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
  • Organizational excellence, manage multiple projects meeting tight deadlines with organizational skills.
  • Passionate and curious, show genuine enthusiasm for administrative support and operations with a constant desire to learn.
  • Team player, thrive in collaborative environments and contribute to team success.
  • Self-starter, drive tasks forward independently with initiative.
  • Adaptable, pivot quickly and embrace the dynamic nature of our work in a fast-paced setting.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $3,000,000 - $4,000,000 COP per annum.
