Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Remote Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position involves mastering the nuances of media production under the guidance of our experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Communications: Send call sheets to talent daily and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely talent payments and work with legal to ensure accurate documentation and storage.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage inventory needed for shoots, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Procurement: Order and manage the delivery of products and materials online, adhering to project budgets and timelines.
  • Production Preparation: Ensure shot lists and mood boards are prepared in advance, maintaining high standards of creative excellence.
  • Project Management Tools: Utilize monday.com to keep project boards up-to-date with the latest developments and team assignments.
  • Talent Rostering: Develop and maintain a roster of talent, aligning with project needs and casting decisions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication is essential for coordinating across departments and with external partners.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is required to manage multiple aspects of production coordination.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management software, ideally monday.com, and the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.
