We are looking for a Remote Production Coordinator who will immerse themselves in the nuances of media production under the guidance of our seasoned team. This full-time position starts with a focus on mastering the coordination aspects, where your growth is limited only by your curiosity and drive. During your tenure, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and streamlining the production process. We encourage an environment where questions are not just welcomed—they are essential for growth and learning.

Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Manage and Coordinate:

  • Daily Communications: Send call sheets to talent daily and maintain effective communication lines with all project stakeholders.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Work closely with payroll to ensure all talent payments are processed on time and collaborate with legal to ensure all documentation is correctly signed and stored.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage inventory needed for shoots, ensuring all necessary materials are on hand.
  • Procurement: Order and manage the delivery of products and materials online as required, keeping projects within budget and timelines.
  • Production Preparation: Ensure that all shot lists and mood boards are prepared ahead of time, maintaining high standards of creative excellence.
  • Project Management Tools: Utilize monday.com to keep project boards up-to-date with the latest developments and team assignments.
  • Talent Rostering: Develop and maintain a roster of talent, aligning with project needs and casting decisions.

Background & Skills:

  • Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication is essential for coordinating across different departments and with external partners.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is required to manage multiple aspects of production coordination.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management software, ideally monday.com, and the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve issues that may arise during production, ensuring minimal disruption to schedules and budgets.
