We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal Expert to assist us with legal paperwork, contracts, and overall legal compliance. **Responsibilities:**

• Drafting and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Managing and organizing files, both physical and electronic.
• Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court appearances.
• Maintaining calendars and ensuring deadlines are met.

**Legal Research:** Conduct research on legal issues and case law. Summarize findings for attorneys to use in case preparation.

**Client Interaction:** Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates. Prepare and process client intake forms.

**Document Management:** File documents with courts and other authorities. Ensure proper execution and notarization of legal documents.

**Case Preparation:** Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and evidence. Prepare and organize discovery materials. Support During Trials: Assist attorneys during trials by handling documents and exhibits. Take notes and manage logistics. **Requirements:**

* Associate's degree or certificate in paralegal studies
* Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in the legal assistant role
* Previous experience in a legal setting can be beneficial but not always required for entry-level positions. Internships or volunteer positions in legal environments can provide valuable experience. Certifications (Optional but beneficial): Certified Paralegal (CP) or Registered Paralegal (RP). Specialized certifications in specific areas of law (e.g., litigation, family law).
