Job Description:

The Sales Operations Specialist for our organization performs a range of business-critical activities, including stock movements, allocation analysis, order prioritization, and open order management. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the sales order workflow and SLAs, enabling revenue-generating activities and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders into the system and review them for accuracy.
  • Research and analyze orders to ensure they meet requirements.
  • Communicate with sales teams to review orders, request status updates, or request additional information.
  • Analyze open orders and determine their status.
  • Make decisions on when and how to cancel orders.
  • Monitor orders and troubleshoot system-related issues.
  • Update orders with priority levels to ensure timely processing.
  • Review stock and determine stock allocation/availability.
  • Remove stock from holding or direct orders to awaiting customer confirmation.
  • Analyze order trends and provide recommendations to sales teams.
  • Evaluate product availability against orders.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to sales teams on inventory management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in English (level B1 or higher).
  • Able to analyze data, make recommendations, and work under pressure.
  • Able to build effective working relationships and maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to learn new systems and technology quickly.
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to think strategically and tactically.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
