About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Sales Administration Coordinator to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage local suppliers, including landlords, telecoms, office equipment maintenance, transporters, and insurance providers.
  • Prepare information for payroll, including commissions, expenses, and vacation balances.
  • Administer the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Prepare orders for processing by Radware HQ.
  • Collect information from customers and partners.
  • Assist with HR tasks and customer queries related to ordering, shipping, invoicing, and CRM management.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface formally with customers and suppliers.
  • Experience in sales administration, general services, facilities, or payroll.
  • Basic accounting skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
