**Job Summary**
As an OEM Technical Consultant Trainee at Thales, you will play a key role in architecting identity management and data protection solutions for our clients. You will learn and apply main Telecom standards, such as ETSI, 3GPP, and GSMA, to translate them into technical specifications using Thales tools.
**Responsibilities**
- Understand SIM/eUICC products and requirements, including card and system assessment and testing.
- Deliver high-quality SIM/eUICC testing within tight schedules.
- Support the creation of training materials and requirements for prototype development, best practices, and engineering BAP cards support.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Software, Telecommunications, Electronics, Mechatronics engineering, or related fields in Computer Science.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (at least B2 level).
- Technical knowledge of Java, C++, HTML, XML, GSM, and/or UMTS networks.
- Entry-level job, with no prior professional experience required, but interest in Smartcards, Embedded SW, or services provider background in Telecom is desired.
**Position Requirements**
- Colombian citizenship or work permit.
- Hybrid role, with office-based work in Bogotá.
