About RoverPass RoverPass is a leading online booking platform for RV parks, glamping sites, and campgrounds across the United States. We simplify the reservation process for both campers and campground owners by leveraging innovative technology and outstanding customer service.
Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Team Lead to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in targeting large enterprises and government entities. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B sales, particularly in securing government contracts, responding to RFPs, and managing enterprise accounts in the outdoor recreation and accommodation sector (glamping, parks, campgrounds).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SDRs focused on B2B sales within the government and enterprise sectors.
- Develop outreach strategies targeting glamping sites, parks, campgrounds, and government entities.
- Identify new business opportunities, respond to RFPs, and drive government contracts.
- Guide SDRs in qualifying leads and setting meetings for the sales team.
- Oversee the use and optimization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align on outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Train and support the team in using automation tools like Zapier for increased efficiency.
- Provide performance feedback, set targets, and ensure individual and team KPIs are met.
- Engage directly with enterprise-level and government leads to demonstrate the value of RoverPass.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the outdoor accommodation industry and RoverPass' product offerings.
