We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Coordinator to join our team at VirtualStaffing. As a key player in our sales growth journey, you will be responsible for driving sales, exceeding goals, and building strong relationships with leads.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Management: Efficiently handle sales orders and invoices to ensure timely payment and customer satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation: Create and negotiate contracts that meet customer needs while maximizing revenue.
- Sales Process Leadership: Lead the sales process from initial contact to post-sale support, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Lead Nurturing: Make outbound calls to nurture and convert potential leads into paying customers.
- Closing Deals: Close deals through inbound and outbound calls, securing contract signatures and meeting sales targets.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Scheduling and Logistics: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events to facilitate smooth sales operations.
- Client Record Management: Maintain and update client records in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
- Sales Analytics and Reporting: Generate sales analytics and performance reports to inform sales strategy and optimize results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate across teams to streamline sales operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
- Sales Materials Development: Assist in crafting engaging sales materials for presentations to effectively communicate value to customers.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with:
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of [X] months/years of experience in sales support or administration.
