Key Responsibilities- Partner Recruitment
- Conduct thorough research on prospective partners to understand their products, services, and geographic coverage.
- Evaluate partner competencies and qualifications, including customer base, related services, and sales team size.
- Communicate the benefits of partnering with Equinix, including program application, approval process, and timeline.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy with partners to drive new business growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Identify and develop opportunities for growth and expansion with existing partners.
- Participate in regular business reviews with partners to discuss sales performance, pipeline growth, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with Equinix sales teams, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Equinix's digital infrastructure solutions to partners and customers.
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the internet, network, data center, hyperscaler, or cloud-based products or services provider.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced English language skills.
