About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Account Management Partner to join our team at Kyndryl. As an Account Management Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies to drive proactive account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and minimize erosion in renewals.
- Build and maintain deep customer connections, bringing the best of Kyndryl to the table.
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process.
- Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and generate new opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- 5 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end.
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
