About the Role

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will lead the procurement process in seven countries. Your responsibilities will include managing the procurement process, aligning requirements with internal users, market analysis, negotiations, document management of contract closure, and contract updates.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
  2. Manage operational and administrative activities, including PO generation and supplier invoicing.
  3. Ensure compliance with area policies and procedures.
  4. High-impact negotiations.
  5. Follow up on minor negotiations.
  6. Find savings opportunities.
  7. Improve services.
  8. Respond to audits and internal controls.

Requirements

  1. Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 4-5 years of experience in procurement, including negotiation, PO generation, market analysis, and commercial offers.
  3. Intermediate Excel skills.
  4. High-level English proficiency.
  5. Strong negotiation skills with internal customers and suppliers.
  6. Assertive communication.
  7. Proficiency in using supply chain management software for procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
  8. Attention to detail.
  9. Experience with electronic procurement systems for automating and streamlining the procurement process.
