Job Title: Operations Coordinator

This role combines hands-on operational tasks with strategic oversight, requiring interaction with international suppliers, financial analysis, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Generate and audit purchase orders. Maintain clear communication with Asia-based factories and ensure adherence to production schedules. Conduct quality assurance inspections and approve shipments.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage competitive freight quoting and track inbound shipments. Ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
  • Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting: Process invoices and handle payment approvals via QuickBooks. Prepare quarterly tax reports and manage payroll submissions. Monitor key financial metrics, including cash flow and inventory levels.
  • Product Development & Team Collaboration: Participate in product design reviews and team meetings to align on operational priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in logistics, procurement, or bookkeeping.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for motorcycles is a bonus but not required.
