Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in Bogotá. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview prospective clients via phone and email to understand their cases.
  • Conduct research to assess the merit of prospective clients' claims.
  • Evaluate claims to ensure alignment with the firm's areas of practice and expertise.
  • Schedule initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising candidates.
  • Onboard new clients by completing necessary paperwork and creating initial case files.
  • Enter client information accurately into the firm's computer systems.
  • Network with other law firms to build referrals in specialized practice areas.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (Level C1).
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in onboarding new clients.
  • Preferred: Background in law or legal processes.
