Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Somewhere. This role will involve providing exceptional customer support through various channels, leveraging resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide empathetic and effective support to customers via email, live chat, and phone
- Navigate, troubleshoot, escalate, and solve customer concerns and system issues while maintaining timeline expectations
- Balance time between competing priorities, including assisting customers, troubleshooting issues, and working on projects
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to communicate clearly and drive product and process improvements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support-related role at a software company, preferably SAAS
- Fluent English language skills, with good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with phone and written communication is essential
- Familiarity with Slack or similar tools is required, while knowledge of Notion and Zendesk is a plus
- A competitive salary range of $1,500 to $2,000 per month, depending on assessment and client approval
- A full-time schedule with 9 hours between 9 am and 6 pm PST, including a 1-hour lunch break
- Holidays aligned with US federal holidays
