Role Overview
The Risk Manager is tasked with overseeing the identification, assessment, control, and monitoring of PayU's exposure to operational and financial risks. This role is crucial in integrating risk analysis into the management processes, aiding the organization in achieving its strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in the design, standardization, and automation of processes, ensuring their seamless integration into the operational framework. Develop and refine the risk governance framework, including policies for identifying, assessing, controlling, and monitoring operational and financial risks. Present comprehensive risk management reports to Senior Management, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee. Monitor financial risk exposure and conduct stress testing and backtesting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk-related standards. Assist Senior Management in preparing and signing Board and Committee minutes, as well as implementing risk-related initiatives. Update policy manuals and procedures pertaining to financial risk management. Adhere to information security protocols, data protection regulations, and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST). Maintain confidentiality, manage passwords diligently, and comply with the organization's ethical standards. Engage in training programs and apply self-regulation principles in your work. Lead the execution and monitoring of action plans for operational risks, fostering a culture of reporting and control enhancement.Qualifications for Success
A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial institutions with a focus on risk management. At least 2 years of experience in managing personnel. Experience in organizations regulated by the relevant financial authorities. Proficiency in managing financial risk methodologies, process-oriented risk management, operational risk oversight, and information security systems. Advanced English proficiency.
