At Mira- Search, we are seeking a seasoned Credit Risk Management professional to join our team as a Risk Manager. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk management processes, with a focus on credit risk and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and implement strategies to mitigate potential business risks, including credit, operational, and fraud risks.
  2. Credit Risk Optimization: Develop and optimize credit decision-making processes, including credit rules, verification procedures, and scoring models.
  3. Risk Department Optimization: Prepare proposals for the organization of the risk department's work, including the optimization of the risk department's organizational chart.
  4. Effective Risk Management System: Develop and implement an effective risk management system to monitor and control the overall portfolio of the company.
  5. Strategic Risk Advice: Provide ongoing feedback to senior management and the board of directors on all matters related to risk management.
  6. Risk Framework Development: Develop and implement an appropriate risk framework to meet the needs of the business and meet minimum standards defined by the group.
  7. Risk Information Requirements: Develop the company's risk information requirements, reporting thresholds, and methods for determining priorities.
  8. Risk Management Guidance: Provide risk management guidance across the company and coordinate with cross-functional departments to identify emerging trends in risks.
  9. Risk Mitigation: Identify opportunities for company-wide mitigation of risks through central controls and processes.
  10. Risk Training: Develop and provide risk management training across the company.
