The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the identification, measurement, control, and monitoring of operational and financial risks. This will involve participating in the design, standardization, and automation of processes, as well as developing and updating the risk governance structure.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement risk management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and report on financial risk exposure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk-related projects.
- 7 years of experience in financial institutions leading risk management.
- At least 2 years of experience in personnel management.
- Experience working in institutions regulated by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
- Advanced English Level.
