As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the identification, measurement, control, and monitoring of Ding's exposure to operational and financial risks. This includes developing and updating the risk governance structure, including policies for the identification, measurement, control, and monitoring of operational and financial risks.
You will also present risk management reports to Senior Management, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee. Additionally, you will monitor financial risk exposure and conduct stress testing and backtesting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, standardizing, and automating processes to ensure their integration into the value chain.
- Developing and updating the risk governance structure, including policies for the identification, measurement, control, and monitoring of operational and financial risks.
- Presenting risk management reports to Senior Management, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee.
- Monitoring financial risk exposure and conducting stress testing and backtesting.
- Addressing regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with risk-related norms.
- Supporting Senior Management in drafting and signing Board and Committee minutes, and in implementing risk-related projects.
- Updating policy manuals and procedures related to financial risk management.
- Adhering to information security policies, data protection regulations, and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST).
- Maintaining confidentiality, managing passwords responsibly, and complying with the organization's code of ethics.
- Participating in training programs and applying self-control principles in your work.
- Leading the implementation and follow-up of action plans for operational risks, promoting a culture of reporting and control optimization.
