Key Responsibilities

The Premium Hub-Centre of Expertise (CoE) within the SAP Adoption Services Center is dedicated to delivering specialized support in application and technology sectors for our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance clientele. As a Senior Consultant in Procurement, you will evaluate the complete Procurement Process for our international clients and communicate your insights and recommendations to IT leaders and executives. Your responsibilities will encompass:

    • Providing conceptual and architectural guidance to facilitate Digital Transformation in Intelligent Spend Management and Supply Chain.
    • Evaluating the maturity and performance of Business Processes, identifying enhancement opportunities utilizing SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and our solution capabilities.
    • Developing the future technology landscape, creating a solutions roadmap, and outlining a phased implementation strategy to meet strategic business goals within procurement.
    • Engaging in hands-on activities related to system configuration, documenting business requirements, business process flows, functional specifications, and solution designs.
    • Offering expert advice to design and plan the intelligent enterprise architecture and roadmap.
    • Providing remote and onsite support during critical customer scenarios such as Global Escalations or War Rooms.

Required Skills and Competencies

    • 4 to 8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Business Network.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes with expertise in S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay/Source-to-Pay, SAP Ariba, and SAP Fieldglass.
    • Proven experience in engaging with C-Level executives.
    • Skilled in Business Process analysis and reengineering.
    • Experience managing projects in complex, international settings.
    • Ability to think strategically and design complex programs.
    • Preferred knowledge in areas such as central procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contract management, and supplier lifecycle management.
    • Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA MM with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) from Open Text.
    • Familiarity with System Conversion Transition Scenarios from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including CVI and Business Partner Approach.
    • Technical knowledge in ERP processes and emerging technologies like Cloud Solutions, Business Technology Platform, IoT, Machine Learning, big data, and blockchain is advantageous.
    • Experience with ABAP programming and debugging, ABAP Enhancements, User Exits, and BAdIs is highly desirable.
    • A bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or engineering is preferred.
    • Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
    • Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment. A self-starter who can deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to design and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Confident, communicative, and diplomatic; possesses strategic and analytical thinking, along with decision-making capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with proactive networking skills, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across the Americas.

Language Proficiency

  • English - Proficient in spoken and written communication, as support will be provided to clients across the Americas, including LATAM and North America (US & Canada).
  • Spanish - Proficient.
  • Portuguese - Optional.
