About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Consultant to join our Premium Hub-Centre of Expertise (CoE) within the SAP Adoption Services Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing End-to-End Procurement Processes for our global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and architect digital transformation strategies in Intelligent Spend Management and Supply Chain areas.
- Assess business process maturity and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement with SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP Ariba, and SAP Fieldglass.
- Develop solutions roadmaps and phased implementation approaches to achieve strategic business objectives within procurement solutions.
- Perform hands-on work related to system configuration, document business requirements, business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs.
- Apply expert advice and guidance to plan and design the intelligent enterprise target architecture and roadmap.
- Provide remote and onsite support in critical customer situations, such as global escalations or war rooms.
Requirements
- 4 to 8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Business Network.
- Strong end-to-end business process know-how with product knowledge in S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay/Source-to-Pay, SAP Ariba, and SAP Fieldglass.
- Experience interacting with C-Level sponsors.
- Experience in business process analysis and reengineering.
- Experience driving projects in complex and international environments.
- Strategic thinking and conceptual design of complex programs.
Preferred Skills
- Additional functional/technical knowledge in central procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contract management, buying, supplier lifecycle management, etc.
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA MM with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) from Open Text.
- Experience in System Conversation Transition Scenario from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including CVI and Business Partner Approach.
- Experience in technical areas in one ERP LoB process and with new technologies such as Cloud Solutions, Business Technology Platform, IoT, Machine Learning, big data, and blockchain.
- ABAP programming and debugging skills, ABAP Enhancements, User Exits, and BAdIs.
Education and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
- Well-developed customer focus and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, tolerance for ambiguity, and ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
- Self-starter able to deliver high-quality content on a tight timeline.
Language Skills
- English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written.
- Spanish - Mandatory.
- Portuguese - Optional.
