About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Treasury Associate to join our team at Atlas Technology Solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in managing our global cash management operations, ensuring seamless execution of financial transactions, and providing expert guidance on treasury-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Monitor and manage our global cash positions, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely execution of cash transactions.
  • Banking and Payment Services: Assist in maintaining relationships with global banking and payment service providers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective payment solutions.
  • Transaction Reconciliation: Reconcile treasury transactions, payments, and bank accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Cash Concentration and Pooling: Support the implementation of cash concentration and pooling structures to optimize our global bank account framework.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Accounting and Audit Support: Analyze and respond to accounting, controlling, and audit queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in ad hoc treasury projects as required to support the growth and development of our organization.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in treasury at a scale-up company or FinTech organization.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of banking systems, international business, and multicurrency transactions. Familiarity with global payments (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, API connectivity, banking platforms, TMS, etc.). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong MS Office and Excel knowledge.
  • Language: Fluency in English (other Asian or European language is a plus).
