About the Department:

The People and Culture team is dedicated to shaping and executing the organization's people strategy, emphasizing employee experience, engagement, and adherence to regulations.

Role Overview:

The P&C Specialist plays a crucial role in implementing the P&C strategy through local practices and policies focused on retention, development, engagement, talent management, compensation, health, safety, and wellness. As a local regulation expert, this role ensures compliance and fosters a premier employee experience while supporting the company's ESG initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the employee journey from pre-hiring to exit, including onboarding, performance management, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with COE's in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Global Mobility to execute processes and initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance to local and global management on employee-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and movements in Workday.
  • Develop and implement the Health and Safety Program (SGSST).
  • Organize wellness, team-building, and social activities.
  • Generate ad hoc reports, presentations, and information for audits and regulatory requests.
  • Manage the SENA apprenticeship program.
  • Engage in P&C projects and initiatives.
  • Create internal communications.
  • Coordinate volunteer activities.
  • Assist with training logistics.
  • Monitor and ensure completion of employee surveys.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related fields preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in generalist HR roles.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
