Position Overview:
We seek enthusiastic individuals with outstanding technical and communication abilities for this role.
As a Business Processes Consultant, you will evaluate SAP solutions for our global clientele and communicate your findings and recommendations to IT leaders and executives.
This position allows you to engage with various SAP products and technologies across multiple industry sectors.
The consultant will offer guidance and assistance throughout all phases of SAP Activate to ensure the successful implementation of S/4HANA:
- During the Explore and Realize phases, the consultant will conduct interviews to comprehend business process designs and provide suggestions to adhere to SAP Best Practices and standards.
- In the Deploy phase, you will propose enhancements to optimize and refine business processes.
- Assist clients in resolving issues encountered during the Run and operation phases.
- Support ongoing business process improvements once the client is operating SAP S/4HANA.
To meet the demanding requirements of this role, you should be a quick learner with robust analytical capabilities. Creativity, open-mindedness, and the ability to communicate and persuade others based on technical facts and details are essential.
Professional Experience
Experience with SAP Finance in core finance and controlling modules or other SAP Finance domains such as Treasury, Real Estate, Consolidation, etc.
Experience with conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
ABAP optimization and S/4HANA experience are essential.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Finance or other SAP Finance products is required.
Education, Skills, and Competencies
The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science, or engineering.
Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++).
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, with the capability to effectively engage with all levels of clients and management, both internal and external.
Language Proficiency
Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
Portuguese – Desirable, but not mandatory
