Key Responsibilities
The Premium Hub-Centre of Expertise (CoE) within the SAP Adoption Services Center specializes in providing advanced support in application and technology domains for our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance clientele.
As a CoE Consultant focusing on Order to Cash and associated processes, you will evaluate the complete Sales and Service Process for our international clients and communicate your insights and recommendations to IT leaders and executives. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Facilitating functional design validation workshops to identify potential risks and propose enhancements for business processes, system automation, and investment protection.
- Assisting clients with implementations and best practices to optimize business processes, enhance productivity, ensure high customer satisfaction, and develop infrastructures that enable clients to seize new opportunities.
- Conducting thorough root cause analyses utilizing technical and programming expertise, delivering solutions, and providing services in complex environments.
- Managing critical customer escalations and driving urgent issues to resolution.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Essential:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry and with SAP products, particularly in areas such as SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash or SAP ECC SD Module.
- Proven hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD customization and/or development tasks.
- Experience with SAP DRC (e-Documents) for Latin America localization is required.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes with expertise in S/4HANA Order to Cash, Sales, or Service.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage customers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within the Americas region.
- A quick learner with robust analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
- A bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or engineering is preferred.
- Desirable:
- Functional or technical knowledge in areas such as Advanced Variant Configuration, Advanced Return Management, Advanced Available-to-Promise, and Direct-to-Store Delivery.
- Familiarity with programming, including BTP-based development, OTC data modeling, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
Location
Position based in Bogota, Colombia.
Language Proficiency
- English - Proficient in both spoken and written forms, as support will be provided to clients across the Americas, including LATAM and North America.
- Spanish - Proficiency is mandatory.
- Portuguese - Optional.
