Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers via various channels, including chat, email, phone, and in-person interactions. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while providing expert guidance on Podium products and services.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annumRequired Skills and Qualifications
  • Must speak English fluently
  • Available to provide services within U.S. business hours
  • Geographically located in Medellín, Colombia
  • Committed to working onsite at our Medellín office
  • 2-3 years of experience in SaaS customer support with a proven track record of influencing customers positively
