The successful candidate will be responsible for reproducing reported issues, applying diagnostic analysis, and providing problem solutions. A strong work ethic, flexibility, and technical skills to provide basic to mid-level customer support are essential to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot complex problems.
  • Analyze and resolve software application/system issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory for global support interactions.
  • Strong experience in LINUX/UNIX/AIX/SOLARIS/WINDOWS operating systems, including the ability to run commands and scripts.
  • Proficiency in JAVA as an application support or developer level, with expertise in troubleshooting application logfiles.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and database management systems (ORACLE and Postgres).
  • Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using MS Teams/Cisco Webex.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000, depending on qualifications and location. Additionally, ACI Worldwide offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
