Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Analyze and resolve software application/system issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory for global support interactions.
- Strong experience in LINUX/UNIX/AIX/SOLARIS/WINDOWS operating systems, including the ability to run commands and scripts.
- Proficiency in JAVA as an application support or developer level, with expertise in troubleshooting application logfiles.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and database management systems (ORACLE and Postgres).
- Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using MS Teams/Cisco Webex.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000, depending on qualifications and location. Additionally, ACI Worldwide offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
