As a Sales Consultant with BruntWork, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our innovative Pilates studio chain. Located in the Australian Eastern Time zone, this position offers a unique blend of sales expertise and wellness promotion.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position, requiring you to work independently while maintaining high productivity. You will be responsible for handling warm leads generated from meta-based marketing campaigns, guiding potential members through their journey from initial interest to full membership. Your goal-oriented mindset and ability to build rapport quickly will enable you to meet and exceed conversion targets, directly contributing to the studio's expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads using state-of-the-art CRM systems
  • Utilize gym sales software to efficiently track and follow up with potential clients
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial inquiry to successful membership sign-up
  • Articulate the benefits of various Pilates membership plans and packages to potential customers
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements
  • Proven track record in inbound sales, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly gym sales software or similar platforms
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets
