Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Broadvoice. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design and implementation of customer applications from assigned sales orders.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the single point of contact for clients and partners in all aspects of the implementation lifecycle. This includes order review and verification, design call scheduling and management, service installation scheduling and coordination, and client and partner communication of milestones and important dates.

You will work closely with our Install Team to schedule and coordinate site surveys and installations. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills will be essential in communicating any interview results, challenges, and updates that need to happen prior to installation with the client and/or partner.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce to analyze order documentation for thoroughness and accuracy, confirming that all required documentation is available.
  • Identify and communicate missing information to sales before processing.
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients and partners in all aspects of the implementation lifecycle.
  • Schedule and coordinate design calls with clients to develop line configurations, builds, and call flows.
  • Proactively communicate installation milestones and firm order commitment (FOC) dates.
  • Verify that all implementation milestones have been met prior to installation and effectively communicate and coordinate install dates with all required parties.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and proficiency in MS Office tools. Project management experience and PMP certification are also desirable.

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
