Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service in both English and Spanish, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls and emails in both English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy.
  • Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and general service questions.
  • Manage and defuse challenging situations, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes for our customers.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in our state-of-the-art customer service software.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or delivery industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for conflict resolution.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers and exceed their expectations.
  • BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF FOOD SAFETY PRINCIPLES IS A PLUS

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
