Bruntwork is a rapidly growing company, and we are currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Client Success team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide top-quality support to our e-commerce customers and product resellers across Canada, the USA, and Europe.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to address inquiries from customers and distributors via various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and concerns, providing accurate and reliable information to resolve issues.
  • Process merchandise adjustments, replacements, returns, and prepare credit allowances/refund and create invoices.

The selected candidate will be responsible for staying up-to-date on product knowledge, customer service skills, and computer technology. Additionally, they will share ideas for process improvements and contribute to creating a positive customer experience.

Requirements
  • University graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including live chat, email, and phone-based communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to construct effective sentences and respond in a friendly and professional tone.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen, identify corrective actions, and implement resolutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to handle pressure and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong follow-through, persistence, and proactive thinking.
  • Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
