Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work independently to manage the design and implementation of customers' applications from assigned sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze order documentation for thoroughness and accuracy using Salesforce.
  • Identify and communicate missing information to sales before processing.
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients and partners in all aspects of the implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Install Team to schedule and coordinate Site Surveys and installations.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and perform design calls with clients to develop line configurations, builds, and call flows.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Project management experience, with PMP certification a plus.
  • A track record of problem-solving and managing multiple tasks while paying close attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and a B2B SaaS business model a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer comprehensive benefits packages, including paid vacation and holidays, as well as other perks.
