Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our team at Agileengine. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and exceptional client relationships.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 1-4 years of professional experience in sales or business development. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Sales Strategy and Planning

As a Business Development Professional, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. This includes:

  • Innovating and overseeing the sales process to attract new clients
  • Conducting outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
  • Self-generating leads by researching potential clients and staying informed about industry developments
  • Identifying and researching opportunities in both new and existing markets

Client Relationship Management

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. This includes:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Developing rapport with key decision-makers

Sales Presentations and Proposals

You will prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients, as well as customize proposals based on each client's specific business needs.

Networking and Conferences

You will attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network and represent our company professionally during in-person interactions.

Sales Lifecycle Ownership

You will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick-off, ensuring that all sales activities are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-4 years of professional experience in sales or business development
  • Great charisma, personable, and strong negotiation skills
  • Extremely self-motivated, high energy, and excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation
  • VISA/ability to travel to the US

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or advanced university student, familiarity with CRM tools, some experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry, and some understanding of the overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the US.

Salary Estimate

Based on the requirements and responsibilities of this role, we estimate the salary range to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
