Salary

Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist for Next-Generation Broadband Solutions, you will be responsible for integration and support in assigned product areas, customer support engineers, and, when necessary, customers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex system problems. You will also report and track design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to R&D engineering groups, and assist and implement both hardware and software upgrades to the existing customer base.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent. Proficiency in IP network switching and routing protocols, TCP/IP stack, and hands-on experience with Linux are highly desirable. You should also have a strong understanding of IP protocols and telecommunication/cable operator networks, as well as experience in a technical support organization in a broadcast, communication, satellite, cable, telco, or a similar domain. Additionally, experience with bash/python scripting, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and the ability to work flexible hours are a plus.
