Job Title: Strategic Account and Partnership Manager

The Partnership Manager is a key role within the Infobip organization, responsible for managing the company's partnerships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners, ensuring alignment with Infobip's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
  • Lead the process of acquiring new partners, ensuring alignment with HQ and regional sales management.
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Develop high-value relationships with partners and customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Facilitate access to Partner Portal (PRM), MindTickle, and other connected features for users of the partner, continuously monitoring usage and revoking unused licenses.
  • Organize partnership-related events and drive similar initiatives to improve Infobip's relationship with partners.
  • Monitor partners' sales cycles and help acquire new customers for assigned partners based on scoring.
  • Fuel customer acquisitions and partner growth through continuous management of partnerships and collaboration with Infobip's Sales representatives.
  • Demonstrate market expertise and a deep understanding of partners' organizations and objectives, developing ways for partners to achieve those through Infobip products and services.
  • Forecast business growth, track and analyze existing relationships with partners, and identify further areas of opportunity for growth, implementing them through QBR sessions.
  • Meet assigned quarterly targets through existing and target partnerships in their portfolio.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with productive partner relationships.
  • Recognize opportunities for partners to utilize benefits of the program, facilitate and help partners to use those benefits, ensuring maximum ROI for Infobip.
  • Ensure the Partner certification program is executed as per standards and the partners' membership level.
