Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Growth Manager to join our team at Infobip. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Acquisition and Management: Identify, acquire, and manage new partners to drive revenue growth and expand Infobip's presence in the region.
  • Partnership Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with Infobip's business goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product to ensure effective partner engagement and collaboration.
  • Forecasting and Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner success and make data-driven decisions to optimize partnership strategy.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively engage with partners and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience: In partnership development, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record: Of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and managing complex relationships.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Data analysis skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform partnership strategy and optimize performance.
