**About the Role**
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to serve as Vice President of Business Development for the South Division, covering Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. This role demands a relentless drive to win, exceptional business development acumen, and a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Leadership and Vision: Inspire, manage, and mentor the Business Development team in the South Division to achieve excellence.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of regional trends, cross-border payments, and treasury/settlement banking to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across financial institutions, including C-suite executives, Treasury departments, International Banking teams, FX managers, and other key areas.
- Revenue and Partnerships: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and proactive pipeline management, ensuring delivery of ambitious targets.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with internal teams, including regional leadership and product development, to deliver market-aligned solutions and inform Mastercard's growth strategy.
