The Customer Growth Chapter Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer growth strategy for Spanish-speaking LATAM, which will involve defining initiatives and projects, providing strategic support to the CGEs, and building and maintaining high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities include cascade company business objectives, work on customer growth strategy, and ensure functional delivery at the LATAM level (achieving business targets, team planning, alignment with departmental and company goals, cascading, and driving OKRs).
