Key Responsibilities:

This is a critical role within our organization, requiring a highly motivated and experienced individual to drive business success.

The Customer Growth Chapter Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer growth strategy for Spanish-speaking LATAM, which will involve defining initiatives and projects, providing strategic support to the CGEs, and building and maintaining high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include cascade company business objectives, work on customer growth strategy, and ensure functional delivery at the LATAM level (achieving business targets, team planning, alignment with departmental and company goals, cascading, and driving OKRs).

Additional responsibilities include being accountable for the highest quality standards of the Customer Growth function, ensuring alignment with Regional/Global management, and promoting Customer Growth strategy while considering regional specifics.
